En usedvanlig bra "kriminalfilm" - er ikke et øyeblikk i tvil om at Ripley er ekte, og jeg synes så inderlig synd på ham, fordi jeg forstår handlingene hans i lys av en begredelig selvtillit. Masse twists and turns gjør at filmen aldri blir kjedelig, sine drøye 2 timer til tross. Masse ypperlige skuespillerprestasjoner.
